Located just steps from Playa la Bajadilla on Marbella’s boardwalk, this restaurant offers a relaxed setting where the focus is on seafood and simple, satisfying dishes. The atmosphere tends to be calm, especially during weekday evenings, making it a good spot for those looking for a quiet meal by the sea without the usual hustle of tourist crowds. Outdoor seating invites diners to enjoy gentle sea breezes and views of the passing promenade.
The menu leans toward grilled fish and tapas-style small plates, with straightforward preparations that highlight fresh, local catches. While some dishes may vary in execution, the grilled sardines and fish soup often draw regulars who appreciate familiar, casual flavors rather than elaborate presentations. The drink selection complements the food well, featuring a broad wine list alongside coffee, beer, and a selection of spirits, making it suitable for lunch, dinner, or a leisurely brunch.
This is a place frequented by a mix of locals and visitors who value a quiet meal in a friendly, unpretentious environment. Those dining solo or in small groups will find the setting comfortable, and families are welcome with accessible seating and facilities. Overall, it feels like one of those spots where you can settle in, enjoy a straightforward meal, and take in one of Marbella’s charming seaside strolls.

"But I’d say for the price and service and quality this is a good choice."
"We ordered three different fishes, desserts , soda wine, tonic water, coffee."
"I would recomend the creamy rice with lobster and fried anchovies."
5 Very nice sophisticated boulevard with many restaurants and hotels. Many of them are not cheap but the view over the sea and passing people is just fantastic. Strongly recommend for those whose wallet is not empty and can spend € 3 for a nice, cool drink. In fact, it is very cheap, compared to Venice, Paris and Amsterdam. And the views are at least as beautiful. The weather is 320 days/year very nice.
4 Nice place, next to the beach on the boardwalk. Reasonably good service and prices also not on the expensive side although looking at the menu there are some high priced items. I had the sword fish which has the potential to be dry… and it was…not bad but not great. But I’d say for the price and service and quality this is a good choice.
4 A good sea food restaurant that had been recommended by my host. We ordered three different fishes, desserts , soda wine, tonic water, coffee. The sum is approximately 50 euro. This is a typical local restaurant, old-fashion. We love all the food we had, delicious, juicy. After all, my host will never let us down.
5 Quiet for a Saturday dinner. Review wasn’t great but we’ve tried it anyway. If you are in for fish, it is a good place! We have great service, though they aren’t well versed with English but they did try. Grilled Sardine on open fire is a must! It has tainted grilled smoked flavour to it. The clams is a bit salty but if you pair with bread it’s perfect.
4 A typical beach Restaurant with good but not best food. I suggest to have the grilled fish or sardines. The fish soup is also good but again, not the best you'll get. They also offer tapas.
5 Friendly, been going years, lovely welcome by Pepe and staff .. Reasonable prices, accommodating and lovely food.
5 Great and quick service, amazing food, especially the Lubina fish, fair prices, by the sea and great view and breeze, strongly recommend!
5 A Gem by the Beach – One of Our Favorites in Marbella We’ve visited this small, local restaurant several times, and it’s always a wonderful experience. The food is simple yet incredibly tasty – every dish feels prepared with care and a love for the ingredients. The staff are always friendly, attentive, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. It’s also a perfect spot for families with children. Since the restaurant is located right by the beach, kids can run out and play between courses, making the meal both relaxing and enjoyable for everyone. Special dietary needs are no problem at all – the staff are attentive and happy to adapt to your preferences. A genuine, warm, and flavorful experience that we warmly recommend to anyone wanting to enjoy truly delicious food and a lovely seaside atmosphere.
Seafood is a highlight, especially grilled sardines and various fish dishes like swordfish or fish soup. Small plates and tapas are also good choices.
